Rental Policies
Rates are per night with a 2 night minimum stay required (longer for holidays). If more than the base occupancy of four people, or any time sleeping on a futon or sofabed is required, additional cleaning charges apply.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is refundable less a $75 fee only with written cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Without 30 days notice, deposits are only refundable if the cabin is re-rented.

Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival (including no-shows) are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-rented. No indoor smoking is allowed.

Pets are allowed with a $75 per pet per rental charge.

10.75% county and state taxes are additional.
